Onard Mazorodze
Onard started his career as a Banker with Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe in 1989. He rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Branch Manager, a position which he held when he left to join the then Edwards and Company in 1994, which later changed to Fleming Martin Edwards (now Imara). He covered all aspects of stock broking, qualified as a registered stockbroker in 2005 and was appointed Director – Equities Trading, a position he held until he left to join Renaissance Stock broking (Pvt) Ltd (not Rencap) in 2008. Most recently Onard was General Manager at Lynton – Edwards Stockbrokers before becoming the Managing Director of Ingenium Capital (Pvt) Ltd, which he cofounded. Onard has outstanding interpersonal skills and strong relationships with Regulators, Institutional Clients and Foreign Investors
Rumbidzai Sengu
Rumbidzayi is a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honors Degree in Finance (1st Class) from the National University of Science and Technology. Rumbidzayi is currently working towards completing level 3 of the CFA designation. She has significant exposure to capital markets and is a key asset in any capital raise. She is also a competent Financial Analyst with distinct strength in Financial Modeling.
Langton Nyatsanza
Langton is a seasoned investment professional with over 23 years of experience in Zimbabwe’s financial markets. He is a registered stockbroker, a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, and a licensed Securities Dealer accredited by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe. Langton holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the National University of Science and Technology and is affiliated with prestigious organizations such as the Institute of Bankers, the South African Institute of Financial Markets, and the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. He is also a licensed Estate Agent, showcasing his diverse expertise in the financial and property markets.

Thandeka Chikwanha
Thandeka is a research analyst at Ingenium Capital, where she applies her expertise in investment research and analysis. She graduated top of her class with a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of Botswana and holds an Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute. Driven by a keen interest in investment management, she is currently pursuing the CFA charter. Thandeka brings a well-rounded skill set in market research, data interpretation, quantitative and analytical analysis, and technical proficiency. She is dedicated to upholding ethics and professionalism in all aspects of her work.
Derrick Ncube
Bachelor of Commerce (Risk Management) UNISA – Stockbroker Derrick Ncube has over 18 years working experience in the Zimbabwean Capital Markets specializing in deal making, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Ingenium Capital, Derrick has worked for New Africa Securities, Imara Edwards Securities and MMC Stockbrokers. Derrick is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce (Risk Management) from the University of South Africa. He is also a Registered Member of SAIFM. He is a Registered Stockbroker and a Member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) and Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX)
Gibbs Mukomberanwa
Gibbs is a holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Africa University in Zimbabwe. His strength lies in implementing and managing processes, while his strong accounting background provides depth and accountability to Ingenium’s Compliance department.
